A.Nos.4780 & 4781 of 2022 A.Nos.4780 & 4781 of 2022 in E.P.No.199 of 2018 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The direction dated 28.10.2022 to conduct auction is again reiterated.

2. The Registry is directed to conduct the auction as directed by this Court and if required take the assistance of the jurisdictional police to oversee that the auction is conducted successfully.

3. Call the matter once again after the auction proceedings are completed. The learned Master may also declare the results of the auction.

4. After this order was dictated, Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the applicants stated that he would withdraw the applications. The following endorsement has been made by the learned counsel. "Applications withdrawn as not pressed. Without prejudice to the parties. The applications shall file before the learned Master and learned Master can consider the payments made by the Judgment debtor and consider that whether the auction to be conducted or not.

5. In view of the same, the applications stands dismissed as not pressed.

6. The matter is now to be listed before the learned Master. Auction to be conducted. One hearing date may be afforded by the learned Master to determine whether the entire amounts in accordance with the decree had been paid. If the learned Master is of the opinion that the amounts in accordance with the decree has not been paid, then, the learned Master can proceed further with the auction proceedings. .
