ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner's School pursuant to the application submitted on 28.10.2024 and also the subsequent representation made by the petitioner on 27.01.2025. 2.Heard Mr.M.Elango, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3/6 3.The case of the petitioner is that they are running a Nursery and Primary School at Thulasampatti Post, Omalur Taluk, Salem District. This School is being run for the last 20 years and it is imparting education to thousands of students. The competent authority had granted permission to run the school in the year 2005. The No Objection Certificate was given from the year 2005 up to the year 2024. On the expiry of the term, the petitioner made an application to the 3rd respondent seeking for No Objection Certificate after conducting the inspection in the school building. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has not acted upon the application and the No Objection Certificate has not been given till date and it is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 4.

4/6 inspection and to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner's School, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
