ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks to strike out the plaint in O.S.No.30 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif at Palladam. The learned Counsel for the respondent brings to my notice that the said suit was dismissed by the learned District Munsif, Palladam in and by way of an order, dated 29.03.2019.

2. Since the suit itself has been dismissed, the question of striking off the plaint will not arise. The Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
