This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the second respondent from in any manner laying roads and sewage canal in the lands comprised in Survey Nos.96/2A, 96/2C and 107/3A belonging to the petitioner situated at Kaliyanur, Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. On written communication dated 14.08.2019, it was informed that the proposal to lay the road in the land comprised in Survey Nos.96/2A, 96/2C and 107/3A has been dropped.
