ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for mandamus directing the 2nd respondent institution to consider and refund the fees amount which was paid the petitioner and also consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.08.2022, 13.03.2023, 10.04.2023 and 05.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought in the present writ petition has already been complied with by the second respondent.

3. In this regard, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted a receipt dated 25th April 2025, confirming that the petitioner's amount has been duly settled.

4. In view of the above submission, there is nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
