JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.V.S.Usharani, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the first respondent,

Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 to 5 and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) for the seventh respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the learned Single Judge had directed the amount to be deposited in the account of the original writ petitioner.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) submits that the amount has been deposited in the account of the temple and the account has also been freezed, so that no third party can operate. 2000 rupee notes are converted and deposited in the bank account of the temple.

4. In view of that, the prayer of the appellant stands fructified.

5. In the light of that, the appeal stands disposed of. There

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.28363 of 2023 is closed.
