The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36204 of 2016. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the the respondents, submitted that the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents. Since the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
