C.M.P.Nos.22818, 22819 and 22821 of 2019 in C.R.P..No.2703 of 2013 M.DURAISWAMY,J There is a delay of 274 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for condoning the delay and set aside the abatement.

3. Further, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, the delay is condoned.

4. The petitions in C.M.P.Nos.22818 and 22819 of 2019 are ordered.

Consequently, C.M.P.No. 22821 of 2019 is also ordered.
