Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the 3rd respondent's order made in Proceedings Na.Ka. No.5314/2008-2/A.5 dated 03.04.2017, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's management of the Mutt.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5314/2008-2/A.5 dated 03.04.2017, directing the petitioner to handover the temple responsibilities to the Assistant Commissioner Mutt, Erode, subsequently, the trustees have been elected on 06.03.2023 and the new board of trustees is looking after the management and its responsibilities. Thereby, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition.
2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
