This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 26.05.2025."

2. The petitioner would submit that he was working in the 7th respondent society and due to some irregularities he was suspended from service. The petitioner would submit that he was not connected in the misappropriation in any manner and it is the respondents 5 to 13 who have committed the same. Therefore, in this regard the petitioner has sent a representation dated 26.05.2025 to the 1st respondent. However, the same has not been considered and orders passed. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for the aforesaid relief. 3/7

3. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025, within a period of 6 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
