COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 10.01.2017 passed in Cont.P.Nos.2518 and 2517 of 2016 has not been complied with in letter and spirit, the present contempt petitions have been filed.

2.Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the contemnor produced copies of the letters in Letter Nos.5740/UD I/2015-5 and 5740/UD I/2015-7 dated 31.05.2016 in purported compliance of the order passed.

3.On perusal of the same, it appears that the request made by the petitioners were rejected way back in the year 2016 - 31.05.2016. Thus, we do not find any contumacious conduct on the part of the respondent. However, while closing the contempt petitions, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the said orders in the light of the order of the Division Bench.
