The present writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 03.02.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for including his father's name in his father's birth certificate and to re-issue the Birth Certificate of the petitioner's father.

2. Heard Ms.Y.Kavitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Aishwarya, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

well as the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and do the needful within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
