Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil and business dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

The petitioner has filed the present petition on the ground that the respondent police are interfering with the civil / business dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. 2.Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, enquiry was completed and closed on 21.09.2019, on the ground that the complaint is civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that there is no other complaint as against the petitioner. In view of such submission made, the petitioner need not have any further apprehension of disturbances from the respondent police.
