2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in these two petitions as well at the learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent, who is the petitioner in the main writ petition.

3. The impugned order in the writ petition is an order passed by the RDO confirming the order passed by the Tahsildar, who issued the legal heir certificate and in respect of which, since the petitioner has got grievance, he filed the writ petition, whereas these petitioners who want to be impleaded themselves in the main writ petition also claiming to be the legal heirs of the dead person, in whose name the legal heir certificate was given, hence, they are necessary parties in this writ petition. Hence without their appearance, the issue raised in this writ petition cannot be decided. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. In view of the above, after hearing both sides, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions, accordingly, both these petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and post the matter after two weeks.
