The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner's life and property against the illegal activities of the respondents 4 to 6 in the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.03.2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
