ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to release the lorry bearing Registration No.TN 27 AA 9091 which was seized by the first respondent on 13.07.2019, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Though the writ petition filed cannot be entertained in view of the earlier orders passed in W.P.(MD) Nos.19936 of 2017, 7595 and 21485 of 2018 dated 29.10.2018 followed by the subsequent order in Review Applications Writ (MD) Nos.80 to 82 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019, in the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri to take up the petition which is to be re-presented in Diary No. 5113 of 2019, number it and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
