O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the fifth respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.01.2016.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Vijayakumar and 5 others on the allegation that the said Vijayakumar along with 5 other persons trespassed in to the petitioner's Trust building with lethal weapons and ransacked the building and damaged the articles kept for construction and attacked the petitioner and abused the him using unparliamentary words. Though the petitioner lodged the complaint on 09.01.2016, no action has been taken on the said complaint till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.21 of 2016 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the fifth respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.01.2016 in C.S.R.No.21 of 2016 and and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
