This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 141 days in preferring the Crl.R.C.SR.No.47545 of 2025 against the judgement passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in S.T.C.No06 of 2023 dated 09.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 141 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
