Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta in the petitioner name in respect of land measuring with an extent of 2160 Sq.Ft. in S.No.661/B situated at Velanur Village, Singanallur Sub-Registrar Office, Coimbatore Taluk. O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land measuring an extent of 2160 Sq.Ft. in S.No.661/B situated at Velanur Village, Singanallur Sub-Registrar Office, Coimbatore Taluk.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this regard the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 23.09.2016 to the respondents and the same has not been considered, in spite of producing all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary documents to the respondents.

3. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2016, will be considered if all the necessary documents are produced.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondents and produce all the necessary documents. The learned counsel also seeks a direction to the third respondent to pass orders within a time frame.

5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2016, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
