C.M.P.No.7904 of 2017 in S.A.No.836 of 2004 N.SESHASAYEE,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1447 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, petition is allowed.
