This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 24.09.2014 in MCOP No.66 of 2014, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvarur.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel had entered appearance. The Award is more than 12 years old and this petition and connected petitions are pending for the past eight years before this Court.

3.Taking into consideration all factors and also hearing the learned counsel for the respondents, the delay stands condoned. Registry to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the Appeal before this Court on 02.04.2026.
