Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that Letters of Administration with Will annexed of the properties and credits of deceased may be granted to the petitioner Mr.Srinivas R.Prabhu, as the son and beneficiary under the Will of the deceased D.Raghunatha Prabhu (D.R.Prabhu) having limited to the State of Tamil Nadu. These application and Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to recall petitioner's witness (P.W.1) in OP No.222 of 2019 for comparing the original documents 1-10 and bring them on record.
Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed. Petitioner's witness (P.W.1) is recalled for the purpose of examining him in respect of original documents 1-10 and to bring them on record.
