Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for entire records relating to proceedings in Na.Ka.No.615/2017/A2 dated 05.04.2017 from the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer cum Sub Divisional Magistrate, Salem, quash the same and forbear the respondents 5 to 15 herein from conducting the Panguni festival at the Kaliamman Temple belonging to the petitioner's family situated in the petitioner's patta land in S.No.197/4 part and poromboke land in S.No.197/2 part of Paramathapatti Village, Salem Taluk, Salem District by taking shelter under the impugned proceedings dated 05.04.2017 passed by the 1st respondent.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Ms.Vanitha, learned counsel appearing for Mr.E.K.Kumaresan, learned counsel for R5 to R15 would report no instructions.

2. However, as pointed out by Mr.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleading appearing for the official respondents, the impugned proceedings relate to conduct of Panguni festival at the Kaliamman Temple in

Salem District in April, 2017 and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition as on date.
