This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2.Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.2993 of 2023 and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
