ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a public interest litigation. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.33573 of 2025 is closed.
