ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2024 seeking to demolish and reconstruct the drainage canal, enabling the free flow of sewage water.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
