O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking modification of the condition of Rs.4,00,000/- imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27685 of 2015 vide order dated 10.12.2015 in C.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the TNPID Special Judge, Coimbatore in connection with Crime No.7 of 2013. 2.

It is seen that the Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore, by an order dated 13.10.2015 in Cr.M.P.No.2237 of 2015 in C.C.No.13 of 2015, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4 lakhs on the file of the said Court, out of which Rs.2 lakhs shall be deposited on or before 27.10.2015 and the remaining Rs.2 lakhs shall be paid on or before 17.11.2015. 3.

When the petitioner approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27685 of 2015 to modify the said condition, this Court, by an order dated 10.12.2015, after hearing both sides, modified the said condition to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall deposit the entire sum of Rs.4 lakhs as ordered by the Court below to the credit of C.C.No.13 of 2015 on or before 31.12.2015, further making it clear that if the petitioner fails to comply with the order of this Court, the order will not enure to the benefit of the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 5.

Though the petitioner has narrated the facts in detail for modification of the order dated 10.12.2015 passed in Crl.O.P.No.27685 of 2015, this Court is of the view that there is no need to modify the said order, as sufficient time has been granted by this Court for deposit of the said amount. However, this Court grants two weeks' time from the date on which the copy of this order is made ready, to deposit the said amount subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) by way of D.D. / Cheque favouring "St. Louis Institute for Deaf & Blind" [No.25, Canal Bank Road, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai 600 020 (Near Old Cancer Hospital/Kotturpuram Railway Station) Phone No.04424910886, 2442 1315, 90031 52064].
