O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 11/7/2022, made in W.P.No.17404 of 2022.

2. Heard Mr.S.M.Muralidharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that order, dated 11/7/2022, made in W.P.No.17404 of 2022 has been complied with. He further submitted that the petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking to the respondent Police to the effect that he will not alter any permanent structure and will not cause any disturbance to the villagers.

4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. 21/11/2022 mvs.
