ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant the applicant leave to the suit before this Hon'ble Court against the defendants and with regard to the Item No.3 of the suit properties described in the Judges Summons.

2. Heard Mr.S.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. Considering the fact that the suit is for Partition and both the applicant and the respondents are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and the impugned Sale Deed and Settlement Deeds were also executed within the jurisdiction of this Court and in respect of Item No.3, which lies outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted as prayed for.
