This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13339 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
