ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with additional documents. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.27727 and 27729 of 2019 are closed.
