Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2021 for issuing patta in his name in respect of his house property comprising of the land in Grama Natham Survey No.33/1A, New Grama Natham Survey No.33/14 measuring about 14013 sq.ft. along with a thatched hut and garden in Serpananchery Village, Kundrathur Taluk, within the Sub Registration District of SRO, Padappai and Registration District of South Chennai.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2021 for issuing patta in his name in respect of his house property comprising of the land in Grama Natham Survey No.33/1A, New Grama Natham Survey No.33/14 measuring about 14013 sq.ft. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

along with a thatched hut and garden in Serpananchery Village, Kundrathur Taluk, within the Sub Registration District of SRO, Padappai and Registration District of South Chennai.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
