2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellants and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 9 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel appearing for the Insurance Company shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.

6.The learned counsel appearing for the appellants is directed to serve the papers immediately on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company.
