PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent from in any manner rejecting the tender of the application in respect of the Tender Notice Ref.2618/2016/C.5 dated 30.03.2017 and consequentially directing the third respondent to process the tender application without insisting the certificate of Executive Engineer as directed in the Corrigendum dated 08.04.2017 or reschedule the tender so as to enable the petitioner to obtain the certificate mandated under the Corrigendum dated 08.04.2017.
