ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction, directing the second respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner for sanction of additional payment/allowance pertaining to the additional charges.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the request made by the petitioner was rejected by an order dated 10.12.2021. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has to be dismissed as become infructuous.
