COMMON O R D E R The charge memo issued against the writ petitioners in proceedings dated 12.11.2014, the second show cause notice was issued, enclosing the copy of the enquiry report in notice dated 21.09.2016 are under challenge in these writ petitions.

2. After arguing the case for considerable length of time, when this Court expressed its view that the writ petitions have been filed against the charge memo, in which an enquiry had already been completed and the second show cause notice was issued to the writ petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners sought for permission for withdrawal of the writ petitions. In view of the same, he has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

4. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
