ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to investigate the Complaint given by the petitioner in Cr.No.34 of 2022 regarding on-line cheating to the tune of Rs.7,62,250/- and file a charge sheet.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) reports that from A1, around Page No.1/3

Rs.19,275/- was recovered and the other two accused are absconding. He undertakes to file final report on completion of investigation within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt.
