This petition is filed to amend the name of the respondent as "Yellappa, Son-in-law of Mr.Muthan" instead of "Yellappa, S/o Mr.Muthan" in the cause title of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.3500 of 2021.

2. Accepting the reasons stated in affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.3500 of 2021.
