These petitions are filed to amend the name of the respondent as "Yellappa, Son-in-law of Mr.Muthan"

instead of "Yellappa, S/o Mr.Muthan"

in the cause title of the Second Appeals in S.A.Nos.172 and 173 of 2021.

2. Accepting the reasons stated in affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title of the Second Appeals in S.A.Nos.172 and 173 of 2021.
