PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Notification No.6/17 dated 28.07.2017 issued by the 1st respondent herein for recruitment to the post of Lecturer in Engineering/Non-Engineering concerned in Government Polytechnic Colleges for the year of 2017-18 quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct a fresh written examination with proper care and diligence and thereby render justice.
