The petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under section 379 of IPC, in Crime No.368 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.03.2016 the accused had committed theft of two wheelers.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the confession of the accused, they have recovered six two wheelers; out of which four four two wheelers are not having number plates and there is no previous case against the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
