O R D E R

The present petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 of IPC, to set aside the impugned order in C.M.P.No.528 of 2017 in S.C.No.35 of 2016, dated 10.08.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial has already been completed.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this matter and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.No.13625 of 2017 is closed.
