2.The sale of the assets of the company-in-liquidation is required to be undertaken through a tender or auction process. Consequently, the request of the applicant herein cannot be countenanced. By leaving it open to the applicant to participate in the auction process, as and when these properties are brought for sale, these applications are closed.
