ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 17776 of 2025, dated 24.06.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Station House Officer, Thirunallar everyday at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had complied with the conditions for nearly 65 days and thereafter, due to ill health, he had not appeared before the respondent police. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly. He also submits that final report is also filed in this case.
4. Considering the submissions of both sides, the nature of offence, considering the fact that final report is also filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 17776 of 2025, dated 24.06.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Station House Officer, Thirunallar everyday at 10.30 a.m.. until further orders is relaxed.
