This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph of the order dated 26.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17706 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified and the amount deposited by the petitioners shall be in kept Crime No.68 of 2024 till the disposal of the case.
