Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in her proceedings Na.Ka.No.F2/3120/2014 dated 29.06.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's house site situated at S.No.54/16, Ichipalayam Village, Kodumudi Taluk, Erode District.
