This application has been filed seeking to grant interim visitation and custody to the minor child Madhavi C.S for at least once every week to the applicant herein until further orders from this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent/mother that the minor child, who is aged about 2 years 8 months, is in the custody of respondent/mother.

3. The parties are also present before this Court. It appears from the submission that the respondent as well as her parents are residing within the same gated community. It is the main apprehension of the respondent that the applicant/father is a man of wrath and if, he is allowed to see the child in the respondent house, there may be a situation which will lead to physical violence. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent/mother submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to see the child in the respondent's mother residence, which is also situated in the same gated community premises. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent is reasonable. However, without going into the merits of the case, since, the visitation right takes place only within the same premises, let the applicant/father visit the child, on every Sunday, at the respondent parents house between 10.00 AM and 1.00 PM. This arrangement shall continue until further orders.

4. With the above, this application is ordered, accordingly.
