This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.09.2021 in W.P.No.19661 of 2021.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents confirm that the order of this Court dated 16.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.19661 of 2021 has been complied with. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has also filed a copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts dated 18.01.2024 bearing Reference: Proc.Rc.No.37962/NHIS-1/2021.
