This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.08.2019 made in W.P.No.10905 of 2011. 1/3

2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that in compliance of the order dated 22.08.2019 made in W.P.No.10905 of 2011, the respondent has calculated the amount and has drawn demand draft to the tune of Rs.2,30,466/- in the name of the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri and the amount will be deposited before the said Court in the course of the week. 3.In view of the above, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri, for withdrawal of the amount. If there is any difference in the amount, further liberty is granted to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the competent Authority.

4.This Contempt Petition is closed.
