This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 71 days in filing the above appeal.

3.Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of 3rd respondent and made strong objection to order this Petition.
4.After going through the facts of the case, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 71 days is condoned.
5.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly.
6.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
7.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
